Tom managed to start work on our bathroom a couple of days before we were scheduled in, he got rid of an old airing cupboard and put up a new wall which created more space in the bathroom. He removed the old suite/ tiles and installed all new replacements, we had a slight problem with a faulty toilet which we only discovered after it was fitted, but Tom went out his way to return as soon as we had a replacement and repaired it without issue. He was tidy, efficient and a genuine nice bloke - would recommend using him.

Tom recently changed our bathroom shower from electric to mains. We only had a limited amount of tiles to patch any holes, so Tom came up with an innovative way of doing most of the work from the wall in the next room. Finished result looked really smart. I would highly recommend Tom for his professional work. He is also very trustworthy and approachable to discuss the work being completed.
Tom’s price was fair and honest. He arrived on time and finished the job to a very high standard. I have used Tom twice and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him if I need any more work to be done.

Tom was courteous, completed all the small jobs we had to a high standard (replacing kitchen tap, replacing stiff plugs, remove and replace the shower sealants. Tom's communication was great and he even spent a lot of time trying to track down an unusual part we needed. We will use him again and have recommended him to family.

We are so glad that we found Tom. He was most helpful from the very beginning of the process. Helping us source the radiators and from where and what to order. Once they arrived he fitted us in as soon as his schedule was free. A really pleasant chap and he carried the work out efficiently and with a smile. Also clearing up after he had finished. We have had Tom do a couple of jobs for us now and I can definitely say I recommend him! The entire experience with Tom has been great.
